What is uninsured and underinsured?
Once you choose whether you want minimum liability or full coverage, you have the option to add uninsured and underinsured coverages against drivers with low limits or without insurance.
Uninsured.
Covers medical expenses if you are injured in an accident caused by another driver who doesn't have auto liability coverage.
Underinsured.
Covers medical expenses if you are injured in an accident caused by another driver who has low liability coverage limits.
